How do I place my order?
Look through our wide range of products and make a note of those that interest you. Get a quote using the form provided and we will get back to you as soon as possible with prices. This can be done by email or phone. (Remember to add your delivery address if possible).
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards and International money transfer via Western Union and MoneyGram. Credit accounts can be set up for repeat ordering customers as well.
How long will my delivery take once I have ordered?
Providing the products are in stock when ordered, delivery will take between 1 and 3 days for local delivery. International delivery varies and can be negotiated per client.
Do you offer a Next day and timed delivery service?
Yes we do offer a next day and timed delivery service, please specify this when ordering.
Can I collect my order from your premises?
Yes, collection is welcome on the majority of our products
What do I do if I have not received my order?
Please contact us by telephone so we can see the status of your order.
Will I need a forklift truck to unload my order?
No, a tail lift truck can be requested to deliver your goods.
What is your returns or refund policy?
We offer a return, refund or replacement policy if your order is not as described, loss or damaged. We will need signed paperwork on receipt of goods stating this before any action can be taken.
